Cats Fashion Show Is More Like Animal Cruelty

I wonder why the acts below from a cats fashion show are not considered animal cruelty. I do not think the cat pictures are funny. And I don’t think as well that the cats were happy of what they were made to wear. This is just plain cruel. What do you think?
