A’m very shocked for the thing you’ve been share in your country. It tooks a a long times for you to achive a certain goal for the benefits of the other and also for you to have a spontaneous task. This is one of the most idiotic articles I have ever seen. Gary Kasparov’s IQ was measured at 135. Philip Emeagwali has never taken an IQ test and would probably not score above 130 on one. There are also several other people, such as Rick Rosner, who should have been included on here.
Do better research next time.

Garry Kasparov’s IQ was officially measured and determined at 135 IQ. His world class strength however was his memory, not mathematical or analytical power. Obviously, his superb memory (visual and spatial) must have made him what he was and is now.
The Korean Engineer with the highest IQ is a correct information. He was on the Guiness Record back in 1960s. He is still alive in Korea, teaches engineering at a university. He was recently chosen and awarded as one of the WORLD’s TOP 100 Engineers.
But be careful; he doesn’t like publicity and media attention. So he had to change his name. Now, no one knows his “new” name. It is obviously NOT “Kim, Ung-Young”.
His father and mother were both university professors – physicists and mathmaticians.
He mastered 4 foreign languages at 3, solved advanced calculus at 4, appeared on Japan’s NHK as a whiz kid, demonstrating his intelligence by solving complex mathematical problems at age 7.
He went to NASA at 8 or 9 by invitation. He did some research there, but suffering from homesickness, he came back to Korea.
I notice other IQ data are bogus.
Only 0.003% of the population has an IQ of 160. But those high-IQ people rarely attain the celebrity or ‘famous’ status. Most of them just go forgotten. Which means other factors matter much more than IQs.
Psychologists have discovered that those people whose IQ range is between 110 and 128 are most successful. Even the world renown Nobel prize winning physicist, Feynman has a fairly low IQ of 114. But no one questions his genius.
Too high IQ people almost always develop social skills and personality problem. They never succeed in interpersonal relationship. Thus, a majority of high IQ people end up miserably and lonely as life draws to its close.
Thus, there is no point in having an extremely high IQ; it’s not a blessing but a curse.
If you have an IQ that falls between 110 and 128, then you are one of the happiest potential.
